Before purchasing our awesome gear you might have some questions. Whether in regards to fit, style, coupons, shipping, etc., we do our best to answer any questions you may have so you feel good about shopping with us. What brand of apparel do you use?

It all depends on the garment. Most of our items are completely custom made for us, however, there are times that we use other premium apparel manufacturers. All of the items have the fabric content included in the product description and for the right fit please refer to the size chart section of our website.

How do I know an item is in stock?

Everything that we carry in the store is stocked and ready to ship. If an item is on back order you will be given the option to purchase it and reserve it for when it does come back in stock. The back order date will be displayed so that you know when to expect the item to ship.

How long does it generally take to restock an item?

We want you to have the biggest possible selection at all times, so we restock the store on a weekly basis. So the longest that you may have to wait for something to become available again would be seven days.

What is a coupon code and where do I get one?

Coupon codes are exclusive offers on specific items or during specific times. They can range from free products, discounts, to reduced or free shipping. Be sure to connect with us on social media and keep an eye out for occasional emails from us.

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping cost will depend on where you live and what you purchased. The FCKH8.com store automatically calculates your shipping cost and let's you see it before you pay.

Does FCKH8.com ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide! From Argentina to Zimbabwe, and every place in between. Our system automatically lets you know the shipping cost for your order before you finalize your purchase. Wherever you are at in the world, wear the FCKH8.com message with pride. If you are near a world landmark, take a picture of you wearing your gear and post it on our social media.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and U.S. money orders.

When will my card be charged?

Your credit or debit card is authorized and charged once you complete your order and hit submit. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Why is my card being declined?

We're not sure. Make sure that all the information you entered is correct, if that does not help contact your card provider to see if there are any issues with your account. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What if I don't have a debit or credit card?

Not a problem! You can pay with your PayPal account or with a U.S. money order. If paying with a money order your order will not ship until we receive your payment in the mail. Another option for you could be a prepaid debit card that you can load cash onto. These can be purchased at most pharmacies and supermarkets.

My order will just not go through, why?

There are few things you can do if this happens to you. Make sure all your information is being correctly submitted during the order process, like credit card numbers and both the billing and shipping addresses. Also make sure you are filling out all the required fields. If this does not work, try using a different browser or clearing your browser's cashe. Unless the website is down, the ordering system is working and it may be a glitch on your side of things. If all else fails, contact our customer service at XXX.XXX.XXXX or info@FCKH8.com.

I did not receive my order confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

The FCKH8.com online store has an automated system that send out a confirmation e-mail at the end of your transaction. Be sure to check your spam folder and the e-mail address that you entered when checking out. If you entered it incorrectly let us know and we can resend the email to you.

Why have I not received my order yet?

Orders usually get shipped within two - three weeks after they have been placed, depending on inventory. If we are out of stock on a particular item, an order may be slightly delayed until that item is restocked. Other common causes for delays are entering wrong addresses; things like people selecting MI instead of MT as the state, or leaving a digit off an apartment number. Also, if you live outside the United States, many countries have customs agencies that temporarily hold foreign packages for inspection, which might cause a delay. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the class of service you selected during the checkout process. If your purchase includes free shipping then your order will be shipped USPS First Class Mail. We ship from Columbus, Ohio and depending on where you are located will determine the transit time. You may refer to USPS.com and UPS.com for transit times.

Am I able to track my order once it ships?

Yes! Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include either a USPS delivery confirmation number or a UPS tracking number.

If I live outside of the United States do I have to pay customs duties?

That will depend on the country that you live in. You order and shipping does not include any duties or taxes and those may be assessed in addition once your order reaches you.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course you can! In fact you can get a full refund as long as your order had not shipped.

What do I do if I have a problem with my placed order?

Get in touch with one of our Customer Service representatives either by calling 614.600.3254, through the live chat on FCKH8.com or by emailing info@FCKH8.com. We can fix most issues as soon as we hear about them, so don't be shy.

What is your Exchange/Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you may return or exchange your purchased items as long as they have not been worn or used with the exception of underwear. Depending on the reason for your return/exchange you may be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

What if I received my order in the mail but it is incorrect?

if you received an incorrect order, please contact us right away and one of our Customer Service representatives will give you the instructions on how to return the incorrect item and get the right one to you.

Is your website secure?

FCKH8 takes website security issues very seriously and uses the latest industry-standard SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information.
